Charlotte
Meet 1/3 of Flock, Charlotte Dobson.
Starting her career at the prestigious Vidal Sassoon, it wasn’t long before Charlotte’s passion for creative hair led her to working with teams on major fashion shows and editorial photoshoots.
Her time with Toni & Guy led her further down this path and she became one of the lead educators in the North West. This followed into her working for well-known, high-end city centre salon Reuben Wood.
Always wanting to challenge herself, Charlotte then added another string to her bow in the form of becoming a make-up artist. She now travels the country creating looks for bridal, fashion and beauty.
With over 20 years’ experience in the hairdressing industry, Charlotte’s passion and creativity has now been brought into Flock.
Shelley
Meet 1/3 of Flock, Shelley Rimmer.
With over 30 years' experience in the industry, Shelley’s background speaks for itself. Starting her career just down the road in Altrincham, she worked as a senior stylist and colour technician for 13 years before moving on to the exclusive King Street in Manchester City Centre.
During this time, she grafted and built up a fiercely loyal clientele, consisting of several celebrity names. It was this paired with her talent and drive that led her to working within the television, film and music industry.
Shelley is known for her unrivalled energy and offers high-end hair services but with a relaxed and friendly feel.
Julia
Meet 1/3 of Flock, Julia Knight.
Julia is a highly qualified beauty therapist with over 25 years’ experience in the business treating both female and male clients. Establishing her career working for House of Fraser, Julia has continued to expand her portfolio across a number of exclusive treatments and bespoke beauty services. Before Flock, she was working freelance across Manchester, Cheshire and the North West attending to her loyal and high-flying clientele.
She practices all of your usual appointment favourites but is also trained in the more niche clinical treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections, the latest skin boosters to achieve lasting results, semi-permanent make-up and scalp micro-pigmentation.
Julia’s style of treatments is to provide subtle and natural results as sensitively and gently as possible. She prides herself of being very warm, friendly and is a total perfectionist. For many years Julia has wanted to open her own place and couldn’t be more excited to be starting Flock with her two energetic and talented business partners.

Gerrard
Colour Technician + Stylist
Gerrard has honed and crafted his skills as a colour specialist in freehand painting techniques and classic colouring services. He is a curly hair specialist and enjoys all aspects of creative cutting.
Along with his impressive industry background, he is also an award-winning hairdresser competing and becoming a finalist in L’Oréal colour trophy. Over the years Gerrard has worked on numerous fashion shoots and is also an Evo educator.
